Albert BinnsAlbert is Managing Director of BRC Partnership Limited, a small multi-disciplined consultancy practice formed in 1983, serving autonomous divisions of Multi-national Commercial and Industrial companies in the private sector and Government Departments/Agencies and Local Authorities in the public sector. BRC Partnership is a Registered Practice of the Institute of Management Consultancy, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is also a listed consultancy with HM Treasury and other Government Departments.

Prior to moving into consultancy Albert had ten years experience as a Company Director, latterly as Group Personnel Director for Dixons plc. During his career he has also worked as an Industrial Chemist, Quality Assurance Manager and Technical Director.

Albert has served as a Member of the CBI Education & Training Committee, the British Multiple Retailers Association Personnel & Training Committee and the Stevenage Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He has also been Chairman of the Board of the Hertfordshire Technical Vocational Education Initiative (TVEI) Project and the Stevenage Employers Group

Albert Binns is a founding member and Chairman of Stevenage Business Initiative (SBI) the local Enterprise Agency for Northern Hertfordshire. As a Director of SBI he has been responsible for leading the team establishing the first Incubation Unit for high growth companies in Hertfordshire. The Unit was opened by Stephen Byers on 30 th March 2001.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultancy, a Certified Management Consultant, and has recently served as a Director and Council Member of the Institute. He is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development

Edwin Cummings BSc(Hons) MSc AIMC

Edwin CummingsEdwin is an experienced Management and I.T. Consultant able to work effectively with executives and senior management of corporates and SMEs. He focuses on the strategic context, the process and especially the people aspects of realising - in both senses of the word - the outcomes of change programmes and projects for all relevant stakeholders. The strategic context must openly and pro-actively embrace the use of I.T. if it is to truly enhance and sustain the competitiveness and performance of the organisation.

Using a collaborative style Edwin is able to bring client team members on-board to identify ideas and create implementable solutions to business problems and opportunities.
